Then she did M.Tech in Optics and Optoelectronics from University of Calcutta in 2013. She joined IIT, Madras for PhD in July 2013. Her research area is optical modulators.

Arnab completed his B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication from IIEST, SHIBPUR (BESU) in 2014 and has done his M.Tech in communication engineering from NIT AGARTALA in 2017. He joined the lab in July 2017 and his current research interest is re-configurable silicon photonic device for quantum entanglement.

Anushka obtained her B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indore Institute of Science and Technology, Madhya Pradesh in 2014 and has completed M.Tech in RF & Microwave Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand in 2018. She joined as Project Associate in Integrated Optoelectronics laboratory, IIT Madras in December 2018, and converted to PhD in January 2020. Her research area is design of RF optical filters and oscillators.

Kumar Piyush has completed his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Patna in 2018. After a year's job in ALSTOM, he joined as MS scholar in Integrated Optoelectronics Laboratory, IIT Madras in July 2019 and upgraded to Ph.D. on 2nd Oct 2020. His current research area is the Design of Programmable Photonic Integrated Circuits on the Silicon Photonics platform.
