Electronic and Photonic Nano-Scale Devices
This is an elective course for undergraduate students who have already cleared Solid State Devices (EC3101) and Electromagnetic Fields (EC2204). The Engineering Physics students might have cleared the corresponding course on Electromagnetics in Physics Department, which is sufficient to take up this elective course. This course has two major parts: nano-electronics and nano-photonics. I take the nano-electronics part and my other colleague, Dr. B. K. Das teaches the nano-photonics part.
