I am Vignesh, Research Scholar in the field of Signal Processing and Communication under Prof K.Giridhar. I have been working with the group since April 2018 as Project Associate.
I did my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering(2016) from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore and subseuently joined Tata Elxsi at Trivandrum where I worked for 18 months.

Activities - Past and Present

1. Time-of-Arrival(ToA) based Target localization algorithms
2. Hardware implementation of communication algorithms especially using FPGA, Application Processing Unit(APU) and the Real-Time Processing Unit(RPU).
3. Radar framework for multi-target detection and tracking.

Broad areas of Research Interest include

• Digital and adaptive Signal Processing for Wireless Communication and Radar applications

Projects

• Currently working on design and implementation of a fast frequency hopping system with a custom air-interface design based on OFDMA + TDMA.
