FFTW Comparison¶
It has been our aim to use the FFTW FFT algorithm available at www.fftw.org/ in an OOMMF simulation and compare the results with a simulation using the OOMMF FFT routine.
The modification which was made to the original file containing the OOMMF FFT routine(in /app/mmsolve/) can be found in the following file:
The changed lines have been appropriately commented.
